St. Sebastian School Cafeteria

South Korea isn’t the only venue for sports champions! This year’s Spring Social on February 17 pays homage to the Olympics with a night full of fun games for adults – or just fellowship if you prefer.

Don your best ice dancing outfit, show up as the Ukrainian Luge team, or gather a large group and come as a whole country.  No need to dress up, but in the spirit of Olympic competition, medals will be awarded for best outfits. Winter Olympic-themed Minute-to-Win-It like games will be featured, including (1) Ping Pong ski jump; (2) Nerf Biathalon; (3) Hockey shot; (4) Olympic bottle flip; (5) Ice Dancing with Balloons; and (6) Olympic Trivia.  Sign up and show your skills!

Take this opportunity to meet other parents, parishioners, and community members.  Bring a neighbor, bring a friend, but make sure you don’t miss out on this wonderful evening of merriment.

Individual, couple, and group medals awarded for:

  1. Best Olympic-themed outfit/costume, so dig deep and get inspired by that Dorothy Hamill hairdo or Johnny Weir flare.
  2. Best score in the individual Olympic minute-to-win it like games.
  3. Best overall score from all Olympic minute-to-win games (i.e., the “Champion”).

Tickets to the Olympics are $25 a person or $40 for two (bring a friend).  Your entrance ticket includes light snacks for Olympians and soft drinks/adult beverages to keep everyone hydrated.

This is not just a fundraiser! The purpose of the Spring Social is simply to gather parents, parishioners, and community together to get to know each other better.
