As you’re getting ready for Christmas, if you find burned-out holiday lights, bring the wires (and any old extension cords) to St. Sebastian and look for the colorful boxes near the church and school entrances. High school faith formation students collect the lights and bring them to a recycler as a way to reduce landfill use and contribute money to a local charity.

  1. Hi… I am wondering if St. Sebastian’s is still taking old Christmas light strings for recycling. If yes, where do I take them? Thanks !!

    • We are no longer taking them at the church entrances, but you could bring them to the parish house when it’s open. Thanks!
