Help Meet the Goal

Another auction event is mostly in the books! Kindness from faithful parishioners, paired with local and parish vendors, provided a solid base of support bringing us to within $4,000 of the parish’s budget goal for the event. Their generosity also increased the actual return on the voice and silent auction portions of the event by $2,000 over a strong 2018 event. That represents giving per guest at 35% higher. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone involved – our guests, our donors, and our volunteers and staff.  Attendees have shared that they enjoyed the relaxed and smooth flow of the evening, lingering afterwards to enjoy fellowship and camaraderie with one another.

In addition to the sign-up spots available for three opportunities below, you can help us reach our goals for both the event and for the event’s additional Stop-The-Auction initiative. This year’s project, to be completed before Christmas, provides better accessibility with the installation of automatic door openers at the Prayer Garden entrance and for restrooms on the first-floor and lower-level. Every dollar gets us closer to our goals so that the parish can continue to provide for our school, our ministries and a safe worship environment.
