On Pentecost Jesus left the Apostles in the upper room saying, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I send you.” They are on fire – ready to renew the face of the earth each in their own way. Like the Apostles, we are carrying unique spiritual gifts and displaying unique ways of living out our gifts.

The Apostles went out and spoke to the crowds with such love that everyone understood them. Can we find that love in our hearts? As we approach Pentecost, let us accept the Holy Spirit in our lives.
